Please note that during busy periods shipping times may be affected. Also, there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Depends on your order, you might provide tracking for your order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, you can go to our order tracking page.

In case a tracking number is not provided, you will be notified by whatsapp and will be able to arrange the delivery.

Please make sure to specify correctly your delivery address as we are not responsible for missing parcels sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave at the doorstep, with neighbour or an outbuilding.

Will I pay duty and/or import tax for my order?

If you are ordering from the UAE, there will be no additional fees other than the shipping cost. The quoted final prices are inclusive of VAT.
However, depends on your country of residence, import duty and/or tax may apply. In this case, you will be requested to pay the import duty and/or taxes by the courier company in order to receive their parcels. These charged might include import duties, import VAT, customs clearance charges and other applicable charges.
Aglaiia is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email info@aglaiia.com or contact us via our contact page. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “cancel”.
